- Must be able to create fun, attractive, teachable acrylic paintings.
- Must be able to produce a outline/instructions with each painting.

- Passion for painting.
- Fun, high energy, and positive personality
- Experience teaching art (Not required)
- Understanding of how to recreate and teach paintings
